RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY FOR A&S BRANDS

A&S Brands (collectively as “We,” “A&S Brands,” “Our,” “Us”) operates the Website and wants to ensure that you (the “User,” “You,” “Customer”) loves the “item,” “Goods,” “Product,” or “Service” we provide, and also to ensure you have an exceptional online purchase experience.
1.2 Please, make sure you read this Returns Policy and Refund Policy (collectively “Policy”) carefully. As with any online purchases, the policy governs you and A&S Brands when you purchase from asbrands.co.uk.
1.3 This Policy is a part of Our Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). Any Terms that are not defined in this Refund and returns Policy shall have their meaning given in the Terms and Conditions of Use. Both the Terms and this Policy are legally binding on all users.
1.4 Although every precaution has been taken to verify the accuracy of the information contained herein, A&S Brands assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in Service provided. No liability is accepted for damages that may result from the use of the information contained within.
1.5 Any use of the terminologies in paragraph 1.1 above or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization is taken as interchangeable and referring to the same.

1.0 RETURN POLICY
1.1 A&S Brands wants to make sure that You are entirely satisfied with Your order; but We understand things can go wrong, which is why We are dedicated to making the return process beautifully simple for You. Please ensure you inspect Your order and should there be any problems with Your order; please notify Us immediately. You can do this via email at Info@aandslimited.co.uk.
1.2 To rectify any problems with your purchased item, we may request you return the product for inspection. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the things we sell, A&S Brands cannot accept a return on undamaged items. However, there are instances where a return may be inevitable.
1.3 Returns may be accepted provided:
- Your purchased item contained damaged or incorrect item(s)
- Your purchased item is returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase
- Your returned item is sealed or otherwise unused and remains in the original packs.
- The item is in the original condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
- Your return items reach us in a saleable condition.
1.4 To offer the best shopping and item-return experience, A&S Brands reserves the right to limit returns if We have reason to suspect misuse of Our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, fraud, or reseller activity)
1.5 Item purchased from other resellers, retailers, dealers, and not directly from A&S Brands is not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange under this Policy.
2.0 HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
2.1 To create a return, you would need to send an email to Info@aandslimited.co.uk, describing what the problem is and letting us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
2.2 Once the returned item is received, it would be checked and verified by Our returns department upon arrival, and A&S Brands will send You a confirmation email to notify You that We have received Your returned item. We will also notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.
2.3 If Your return is approved, Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to Your original payment method within a specified number of days.
3.0 30 DAYS NO REASON RETURN
3.1 If You are not satisfied with Your purchase and the item is still in a brand new condition, A & S Brands can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. Please Contact Us through the “CONTACT US” section above within 30 days of the order being received.
4.0 RETURNS SHIPPING
4.1 A&S Brands does not guarantee that We will receive Your returned item.
4.2 The cost of item return will be covered by You, the customer, as A&S Brands does not offer free returns. Please note that We do not offer returns on any personalized Bottles.
4.3 If the item is returned more than 30 days after the receipt or if the item is returned for customer reasons (including non-satisfaction), You, the customer, is responsible for the shipping fee. For non-customer-related returns within 30 days, A&S Brands is responsible for the shipping fee, and You must return it using the shipping method specified by A&S Brands. In all return situations, A&S Brands recommends that You use a traceable shipping method so that You can track Your shipment back to Us for a truly flawless return.
4.4 Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the package was incorrectly shipped or you received a defective item. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if applicable, will be deducted from Your refund.
4.5 Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged item (if any) to reach you may vary.
5.0 RETURNS PROCESSING LIMITATION
5.1 If You have any after-sales issues, please contact A&S Brands directly for a solution according to Your case. We will confirm whether You need to return the item and to which address You may return it.
5.2 The following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item:
- For refunds, the processing time for Us to proceed with the refund will be between 7-10 business days upon receiving Your returned item. After we have processed your refund, the time it takes for your money to show in Your account depends on the payment method.
- For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving Your item back and depending on stock availability.
- EXCHANGES (if applicable)
6.1 A&S Brands does not offer item exchanges if you change your mind. We may only replace items if they are factory defects or damaged in transit. If this is the case and you need to exchange it for the same item, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact A&S Brands via our address above for details on product exchange.
- Your request for exchange will only be processed once we have received a faulty or damaged item and it conforms to Part B paragraph 1.3 (i-v) above.
- CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
1.1 You may have the right to request a refund under certain circumstances by this policy. If you purchase from us, refunds can only be issued if your returned item satisfies Part B, paragraph 1.3 (i-v) above.
1.2 Original shipping and handling fees, “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” and international surcharges are not eligible for a refund. Note that all refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
- HOW AND WHEN WE ISSUE REFUNDS
2.1 Once Your return is received and inspected, A&S Brands will send You an email to notify You that We have received Your returned item. We will also notify You of the status of Your refund.
2.2 Once A&S Brands has determined that a refund is due under Part B paragraph 1.3(i-v) of this Policy, Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your original method of payment. Note that it can take up to 7 days for funds to return to Your account after a requested refund. If it has been longer than 7 days, please contact A&S Brands at the “Contact Us” section above.
- HOW YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED
3.1 The payment options A&S Brands uses on asbrands.co.uk are PayPal and Stripe.
3.2 If you paid via PayPal, Your refund will be issued back to the applicable account. The time it will take for Your refund to post to Your PayPal account may vary. Note that Your refund will appear as an individual credit for each item returned, so You may see multiple credits on Your PayPal statement if you return multiple items.
4.0 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
4.1 If You have not received Your refund yet, you may need to wait as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, you may need to contact A&S Brands at the “Contact Us” section above.
5.0 SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
5.1 A&S Brands can only refund regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
1.1 If You cancel within 1 hour of receiving Your order confirmation e-mail, 100% of the purchase cost paid will be refunded. After this, it will be challenging for Your order to be canceled as it will have already been processed. You will be responsible for paying the return postage fee if you cancel an order and it has already passed the point at which it can be canceled.
2.0 THIRD PARTY PROVIDER
2.1 A&S Brands is not liable or responsible for issuing any refunds on used items or items purchased through our retail partners. If You would like to return a purchase made through one of Our retail partners, the store’s policy purchased from is to be adhered to. Please contact them for information on their refund and return policy.
3.0 ITEM AVAILABILITY
3.1 Our store is filled with the best possible items available at any one time. However, availability may change, and the exact items in Our store are also subject to change. Therefore the item(s) displayed on the Website may vary from time to time, and A&S Brands accepts no responsibility for these variances, and refunds will not be given for such differences.
